Sponsor shall not bear any liability whatsoever for any property damage or personal injury in any way attributed to the prize. Selected prize recipient must sign and return a declaration of compliance with these contest rules and a liability release form releasing the Sponsor, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and participating retailers from all liability of any kind in connection with the contest or occurring as a result of the prize being awarded.
Sponsor is not responsible for (i) late, lost, delayed, not received, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or illegible entries, or (ii) failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, servers, access providers, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or recipient. If, as a result of an error relating to the entry process, drawing or any other aspect of the contest, there are more potential winners of prizes than contemplated in these contest rules, there will be a random draw amongst all eligible prize claimants after the contest closing date to award the prize.
The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.
The BCLDB is not connected or affiliated with this contest in any manner whatsoever and are not liable in any way for any matter related to this contest or the prize.
